Conservatory Policies
- Private lessons are held weekly with a month-to-month commitment. To receive a make-up credit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund
- When enrolling in a session, you’re committing to the full duration of the class. If you miss a scheduled class, that session is forfeited and cannot be made up or refunded, as the time has been reserved specifically for you. Each session includes one make-up class, which will be offered either as an additional class or issued as a refund.
- If your instructor needs to miss a scheduled class or lesson, you will receive a credit applied to your next month’s tuition.
