Liza

Liza is a dedicated piano and composition instructor who provides tailored lessons to help students develop technical skills, musicality, and a deep understanding of classical repertoire. Drawing from her experience as a classically trained pianist and composer, she focuses on fostering each student's unique potential. Her teaching approach is inspired by her own distinguished teachers, as she strives to pass on her knowledge and passion for music to the next generation.

Julienne

Julienne teaches voice and piano, finding freedom and magic in music as an expressive outlet. With a performance background starting at age 5, she is singer-songwriter based in LA, currently writing an EP. Julienne's teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering self-compassion, patience, and playfulness to make learning an instrument a joyful and empowering experience.

Julienne specializes in working with children in early elementary and is only accepting ages 5-10 years old.

Johnny

With a background in Ragtime, Jazz, and Classical music, Johnny continually refines his skills and enjoys guiding students through a journey of musical growth. His teaching style starts with fundamentals and music theory, then adapts to students' interests to ensure they are engaged and inspired by the music they play. Johnny stays creatively inspired by his vibrant community and the joy of performing and storytelling.

Allegra

Allegra provides in-depth piano lessons in classical, jazz, and pop, emphasizing music theory, chord anatomy, and melody. With a background in classical piano, voice, and composition, she studied music performance at Bard College and now works as a professional session musician and solo artist. Allegra's teaching style is personalized, focusing on individual student needs and fostering a judgment-free, creative environment that encourages open communication and artistic exploration.

Judy

As a pianist and multi-media composer, Judy combines fundamental keyboard techniques with interdisciplinary creative expression to bring piano playing beyond the keyboard. In addition to traditional playing and sight-reading techniques, her lessons offer applications of these skills through analog synthesis and student composition for a Switched-On-style 21st century keyboard experience.
